Implementing Golden Rice in India = War against Humanity

The presentation on Golden Rice was very informative. Golden Rice is not a very efficient in providing vitamin A as the scientist who created it may lead people to beleive. India is very rich with traditional grown plants that are extremely nutrious and contains diverse mineral elements including vitamin A. The idea behind the production of Golden Rice is to save the lives of children by giving them vitamin A. But the introduction of such food to India would do more harm than good.
If the money used in faciliating the awereness of Golden Rice is put into encouraging Indian farmers to grow their traditional meals children would get more vitamin A from natural food.
For me introducing golden rice to India would eliminate the traditional meals that more efficiently give Indian children vitamin A. To conciously take that away knowing fully well that one would have to consume very large portions of Golden Rice to be able to get sufficient vitamin A when they can just grow carrot and get even more than enough amounts of vitamin A is waging war against Humanity specifically to the Indian children.
